Sports fans rise and shine with Mike and Mike in the Morning on ESPN Radio, featuring SportsCenter anchor Mike Greenberg and former NFL defensive tackle Mike Golic. Both get the morning started off right with the latest sports news and scores, analysis and listener call-ins, plus big name interviews. It's a fun, fast-paced morning drive for sports fans. Mike Golic Mike Golic is co-host of ESPN Radio's Mike & Mike in the Morning show (6-10 a.m. ET) which premiered October 12, 1998 and is carried by more than 200 affiliates nationwide. He also serves as an analyst for ESPN and ESPN2's NFL studio programming, as well as for the networks' college football game coverage. Golic joined ESPN in 1995 as an NFL reporter/analyst for Sunday NFL Countdown. Since then he has worked as the color commentator for the Arena Football League (1996-98) and the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars pre-season games (1995-98). In 1998, Golic began serving as college football analyst for ESPN and ABC, and was an original analyst for NFL 2Night, the five-night-per-week news and information program on ESPN2. That program ran through the 2002 season. Beginning in 2003, he held a similar position on ESPN2's NFL Live. Mike Greenberg Mike Greenberg joined ESPN in September 1996 as an anchor for ESPNEWS, ESPN's 24-hour sports news network, which launched in November of that year. He was named co-host of The Morning Show on ESPN Radio on December 30, 1999, and continues his anchor role for the 6pm ESPN SportsCenter. Prior to joining ESPN Greenberg had worked as a sports anchor/reporter for the regional cable news network CLTV in Chicago, Ill., since April 1995. While there, he covered all local sports teams for the 24-hour cable news network, anchored sportscasts and hosted SportsPage, a one-hour Sunday night program featuring live guests and viewer calls. Born August 6, 1967, Greenberg is a 1989 graduate of Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. The New York City native is married and has two children.
